Hi John,

Thanks for all your work getting the bed to us. It arrived safely yesterday and looks great.

We'll be keeping it in storage until the autumn when we re-do the room it's to go in. So whether it fits up the stairs or not will be a guessing game until then. But, if it doesn't fit, we'll just have to wait until we move (and make that fateful mistake of buying a house to fit the furniture!).

Hello John,

Late Victorian Walnut Torchere

It was delivered at the time stated and by a very pleasant driver.

I am very pleased with the Torchere - it sits in my living room supporting a lamp and looks as if it has always been in my house. It is also the perfect shade of Walnut, fitting in with my other items splendidly.

If only these pieces of furniture could speak!!!! At the moment I am looking up the history of Torcheres.
