Description

Superb Set of Eight Early Victorian Mahogany Kidney Back Dining Chairs and dating from around 1850. Constructed from quality mahogany and with each chair having a kidney shaped back rest above a stuff over seat with moulded skirt. They are raised on ring turned bulbous legs . They have been recovered in a quality fabric in keeping with the period of the chair and all in very good condition.
EACH CHAIR MEASURES: 34” HIGH X 19
DEEPX 18.5” WIDE & SEAT HEIGHT 17”
With a lovely deep colour and patination and oozing all the charm and character of the period. Our furniture is cleaned and polished using traditional waxing methods.
