Set of 8 Antique Georgian Mahogany Dining Chairs
This spectacular late 18th Century Sheraton design, Set of 8 Antique Georgian Mahogany Dining Chairs date from ca. 1790 and have wonderful charm and character. The set consists of two carvers and six dining chairs. Each antique chair has a moulded back with fine vase shaped back splat, they stand on splayed back legs with beautifully moulded front legs. The upholstered drop-in seats are in good condition and the Mahogany has aged to a warm shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of Mahogany wax finishing.
