Description

A fine Regency period mahogany work table with drop flaps, two drawers, the top drawer being fitted for cotton reels etc, the bottom being a work or storage basket.
The top is supported by a curved arc ot U shaped hoop with a quatrefoil base with four outswept supports terminating in brass lion's paw castors.
Size: 27.3/4" high x 20" deep x 14"wide (closed) and 30" open

Dealers note: Obviously this is a superb work table, and the seemingly original fabric ling the outside of the work bag is rare and unusual, but this pretty little table will double up as an occasional table, lamp table or even a place to store games or magazines. A very versatile piece.
